Nicky Mulder is the Principal Investigator at H3ABioNet and Head of the Computational Biology Division at the University of Cape Town. She leads efforts in genomics and bioinformatics capacity development in Africa, recently spearheading the founding of the African Bioinformatics Institute with support from Wellcome Trust and CZI.
