Spin-Off: FedEx Corp. (FDX)

Tilt Indices LLC announces a spin-off adjustment affecting the index. FedEx Corp. (FDX) will be distributing one share of FedEx Freight common stock for every two shares of FedEx common stock on June 1, 2026. Following the separation, FedEx Freight common stock will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol FDXF. This adjustment will be made in accordance with the Tilt Indices General Index Methodology & Calculation Manual.
