Spin-Off: S&P Global, Inc. (SPGI)

Tilt Indices LLC announces a spin-off adjustment affecting the index. S&P Global, Inc. (SPGI) will be distributing one share of Mobility Global for every share of S&P Global, Inc. on July 1, 2026. Following the separation, Mobility Global will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol MBGL. This adjustment is made in accordance with the Tilt Indices General Index Methodology & Calculation Manual.
