M&A Adjustment: Electronic Arts, Inc. (EA)

Tilt Indices LLC announces a merger/acquisition adjustment affecting the index, effective 2026-08-05. Electronic Arts, Inc. (EA) is being acquired by a consortium comprised of The Public Investment Fund and Silver Lake for $210 per share. The transaction was originally announced in September 2025. All regulatory approvals required to complete the transaction were obtained by July 30, 2026. As a result, EA will be removed and its weight redistributed pro-rata to remaining constituents. This adjustment is made in accordance with the Tilt Indices General Index Methodology & Calculation Manual.
