Roopika Risam is Chair of Film & Media Studies at Dartmouth College and a tenured Associate Professor of Film and Media Studies and Comparative Literature. She specializes in digital humanities, editing Reviews in Digital Humanities and serving as series editor for Text Technologies at Stanford University Press. Risam directs the Digital Ethnic Futures Lab and the Digital Equity & Futures Consortium, with her work supported by Mellon Foundation grants, underscoring her expertise in digital and ethnic humanities.
