Paolo Nespoli is an ESA astronaut and Flight Engineer who participated in Expeditions 52/53 aboard the International Space Station from July to December 2017. Representing the Italian Space Agency, he contributed to the third long-duration Italian mission to the ISS, demonstrating expertise in spaceflight operations and engineering in international space missions.
