Jeffrey P. Clemens is an Associate Professor of Economics at UC San Diego and a Research Associate at NBER. He co-edits the Journal of Health Economics and the Journal of Public Economics, and serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of Economic Perspectives and the American Economic Journal: Policy, reflecting his expertise in health and public economics.
